Chat Williams


Chat has been in the strength and conditioning profession for over 20 years. He has a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in Exercise Science and several certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has served on several professional committees and the NSCA Board of Directors. He has presented locally and nationally on youth fitness/strength and conditioning, plus has over 25 publications related to the strength and conditioning profession. He was a NSCA State Director of the Year in 2004, NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year in 2012, and earned a Fellow status in 2013.

Malinda Williams

Yoga Instructor RYT 200, National Board Certified Wellness Coach

Malinda has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry working in many capacities including facility management, personal training, teaching group fitness classes, and wellness coaching.  She has BS and MS in Health and Sport Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. She takes a holistic approach to her training by focusing on both the physical and psychological aspects of behavior change.  Her health and wellness coaching specialty is supporting women in their health journey.

Josh Hodgson

Josh is a senior at the University of Oklahoma studying Health and Exercise Science. He is the Speed and Agility class instructor. He believes that every person has untapped potential that can be found through hard work.
