Begin the journey to greater health, happiness, and satisfaction out of life...
Many times, we as women find ourselves putting our needs and health behind taking care of everyone and everything else. And when we do take time for ourselves, we feel guilty. The reality is, self-care is a tool that can allow us to do everything else so much better. Living a healthy, full life not only provides satisfaction, it also role models what we hope for our families and those in our personal and professional surroundings.
Health and wellness coaching is a process in which the coach walks alongside each woman to support and facilitate desired change. We work together, starting where the client is on her journey, and moving forward in a way that works with her life and needs. It isn't about quick fixes and fast, short-lasting results. Rather, it is about making changes that can be maintained as a healthy and realistic lifestyle. It is client-centered and focused on building confidence, empowerment, and resilience.
Coaching begins with developing your Wellness Vision and goals during an Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes), and is facilitated by developing strategies during ongoing 45-minute coaching sessions to work towards realizing that Wellness Vision. Sessions can be in-person, by phone, or virtual on Zoom.
